On behalf of the Hertfordshire Waste Partnership, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to produce a set of comprehensive reports (one per participating authority) detailing the breakdown of all waste and recycling types collected by 9 of Hertfordshire's boroughs and districts (kerbside collected dry recyclables, residual wastes and litter) as well as the county council (residual wastes only).
