Description

The Authority is seeking to establish a multi supplier Framework Agreement to undertake works on the Parliamentary Estate, including the Palace of Westminster under the following lots:

- Mechanical Electrical Public Health - Lot 1
o Typical projects include works to MEP systems such as low power unit boards, UPS, steam systems, water supply, ventilation ducting, Division Bells, sewerage, chillers and any ancillary specialist services
- Conservation - Lot 2
o Typical projects include specialist conservation works including (but not limited to) stonework, brickwork, plasterwork, carpentry, leadwork and metalwork, glasswork, paint and finishes, tiling and mosaics and any associated temporary / make safe works and any ancillary specialist services
- Minor Works - Lot 3
o Typical projects include small projects (up to a value of ?2M), emergency works, minor works associated with office relocation projects, Intrusive surveys and associated ancillary specialist services

The Framework Agreement's main application will be for project delivery for the In House Strategic Estates department to deliver a programme of works in advance of the Restoration and Renewal (R&R) Programme, to ensure on-going business continuity of services, to prevent un-planned outages and to address health and safety issues arising from both failing M7E systems and the erosion of building fabric.

The Framework duration will be 4 years with options for a 1 +1 year(s) extension.
