Description

The University has created an alliance arrangement using the new NEC4 Alliance Contract. The University is in the final stages of appointing the design led consultancy, contractor and hard facilities management service providers (the Alliance partners) required to deliver the Campus Plan. The aim is for all Alliance Partners to work towards a common goal within a culture and ethos of partnering and trust.

The University now needs to appoint a company to provide a Programme Alliance Manager (Lot 1) to manage the overarching Alliance programme of works and operation of the Alliance, and a company to provide Scheme Alliance Managers (Lot 2) to manage the delivery of individual schemes or groups of smaller schemes.

Companies may also be required to provide ancillary project/cost/ quality management services to the Programme or Scheme Alliance.
