Description

Darlington Borough Council (DBC) and partners are in the process of creating a major new visitor destination and museum around the existing North Road Station site (where Head of Steam - Darlington Railway Museum is currently situated), opening in 2024.
DBC now wishes to secure the expertise of an agency to support the development of a brand strategy to achieve this vision. The agency will, using primary and secondary market research and consultation, prepare a plan for the systematic development of the brand in line with the business objectives.
