Description

Please Note - This is only an early engagement notice so we can get a better understanding of the market and what is available.

General Service Provision:

Recover outstanding breach of contract notice debt for the trust - The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Supplier will be expected to contact the DVLA for registered keeper details.

Supplier will take all practical steps which include writing to and telephoning the registered keeper in an attempt to recover the debt.

Supplier to provide adequate signage around the trust sites advising on parking details / illegal parking/ cost of fines e.t.c.

Information will be provided by the trust (Mid Yorkshire) will be the relevant information issued Breach of Contract Notice.

Supplier to maintain a record of all action taken against debtors, which will include but not limited to: telephone calls, written correspondence, electronic correspondence e.t.c. and will make this information available to the trust (Mid Yorkshire) on request.
