Description

Applicable to both blocks: Rewire all communal circuits to corridors, store cupboards, lobbies, lounges, hairdressers, kitchens, guestrooms, warden's offices, laundry rooms, stairwells, boiler rooms, bin rooms, computer rooms, disaster recovery room scooter store and common external areas. Distribution Boards upgrades, replacement of suspended ceilings at Nicholson & replacement of suspended ceiling tiles only at Stephen McAdden, installation of LED lighting. Rates to include protection of all communal internal floor areas during the works. Type and method of protection to be used shall be included within the method statement. Any damage to the Corridors, Lobbies, grass/pathways and stairwells or any other communal areas of flooring or external flower beds caused by the Contractor shall be rectified by the Contractor at no cost to South Essex Homes.

The Contractor shall keep a detailed electronic record concerning the programme of works and keep the Contract Administrator informed at all times including sending a weekly copy of the electronic data and progress of installation. All low volt electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2018 Eighteenth Edition including amendments.
