Description

Winchester City Council is seeking to appoint an artist or design agency to design and install artwork / imagery on the vacant shop window of the former Debenhams building High Street, Winchester.

This project is part of the Welcome Back Fund programme aimed at supporting the high street businesses recovery post COVID-19. The Debenhams building has been vacant for some months and is unlikely to have a new occupier for several more. Therefore to enhance the look and appearance of this large high street frontage an artistic window wrap or display is needed.

The artist or agency is required to design, produce and install the window treatment for the former Debenhams building as below:

1. Concept and Design for window treatment.
2. Production of vinyls and or purchase of artists' materials.
3. Installation of vinyls or artwork.
