Description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invited quotations for the provision of a delivery service of orange recycling bags and leaflets, to encourage the residents of Leicester to recycle more. A communications campaign may consist of numerous different elements, including advertising, social media, and a web presence, however, residents still need to be engaged directly through a door drop of key information; this may include a leaflet as well as a new roll of orange recycling bags.
