Description

The Royal College of Art [RCA] wishes to employ a Contractor to undertake Section 278 and 106 Works around a newly created College building at Battersea South. The S106 and S278 works consist of the replacement and extension of the existing perimeter pavement with concrete pavers and new Kerbs throughout where required. The formation of a new raised table across Howie Street, the formation of new parking zones and 1nr new electric charging point. New road line painting throughout the perimeter, the installation of new public realm benches, tree pits and 188nr new bike stands.
