NHS Rotherham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to engage with organisations who are potentially interested in providing a nurse led, Rapid Response Hospice at Home Service. The CCG would like to consider approaches and solutions from experienced providers in this field. At this point, this is for market research purposes, depending on interest/robustness of market, this may or may not continue to tender.
