Description

The Riverside Group have a requirement to re tender its Repairs, maintenance, and voids contract for RHO (Riverside Home Ownership) for the Central region of England, Covering mainly east midlands - Derby/Nottingham but down to Northampton. We are looking for one contractor to deliver the works, the estimated annual value is £300k per annum, the term of contract is 3 years plus the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year.
