Description
The National Park Authority are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake full refurbishment works to Cattiside Cottage, Hathersage, Hope Valley. The site is a traditional building and therefore the Authority is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to work within its heritage guidelines using traditional materials. This package of works covers;
• Installation of ASHP system
• New kitchen and bathroom
• New ground floor slab to include insulation
• Partial new windows
• Re-plastering using insulated lime
• Re-wiring
• Redecoration
• External works
