Description
The i54 Western Extension land neighbours the original i54 Business Park both being an equal share joint venture partnership between City of Wolverhampton Council and Staffordshire County Council.
i54 is now an internationally recognised as an exemplar employment park of scale and its significance in the manufacturing world. It is currently home to many significant global manufacturers and continues to get high levels of interest from many potential occupiers.
The JV Partners are looking to appoint a firm to deliver the highest quality estate management service for i54 Western Extension.
