        "title": "The Provision of Specialist Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance",
        "description": "The Authority requires a Contractor to provide specialist Building Management System (BMS)\r\nmaintenance services across the Trust estate. \r\n\r\nThe scope shall include, as a minimum:\r\n• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): delivery of routine inspection, testing,\r\ncalibration and maintenance activities for all identified BMS assets in accordance with\r\nSFG20 guidance, manufacturer recommendations and statutory requirements.\r\n• Reactive maintenance and fault response: provision of reactive call-out services,\r\nfault diagnosis, repairs and system recovery support to maintain operational continuity\r\nacross critical engineering systems.\r\n• BMS controls and software support: maintenance and support of the Trust's Trend\r\nBMS infrastructure, including controllers, outstations, field devices, software platforms,\r\ngraphics, alarms and associated network interfaces.\r\n• System optimisation and performance monitoring: monitoring, adjustment and\r\noptimisation of BMS controls strategies to support operational efficiency, environmental\r\ncontrol and energy performance across the estate.\r\n• Asset information and reporting: maintenance and updating of BMS asset registers,\r\nmaintenance records, service reports and associated documentation to support\r\ncompliance and lifecycle management.\r\n• Technical support and specialist attendance: provision of suitably qualified BMS\r\nengineers to undertake specialist diagnostic investigations, technical advice and\r\nsupport for planned works, shutdowns and operational issues.",
