        "description": "LondonEnergy Ltd (LEL) is establishing a Dynamic Market for the provision of surfacing, resurfacing and associated highways/civils works across LEL sites and other locations for which LEL is responsible.\r\n\r\nPlease apply via Delta eSourciing Platform using access code 86S9883S36.\r\nPlease email Lewis.atkinson@londonenergyltd.com if you have any questions. \r\n\r\nThe Dynamic Market is intended to provide LEL with access to suitably qualified, experienced and competent contractors capable of delivering surfacing works on an as-required basis. Individual requirements will be competed or awarded through the Dynamic Market in accordance with the applicable procurement documents and award procedures.\r\n\r\nThe scope of works may include, but is not limited to:\r\n\r\nAsphalt and tarmac surfacing and resurfacing;\r\nRoadway, access road, yard and car park surfacing;\r\nRemoval and replacement of existing surfacing;\r\nSurface repairs, patching and pothole repairs;\r\nPlaning and preparation of existing surfaces;\r\nInstallation and repair of kerbs, edgings and channels;\r\nFootway and pedestrian area surfacing;\r\nConcrete repairs and associated minor civils works;\r\nDrainage adjustments associated with surfacing works;\r\nRoad markings, line marking and associated finishes;\r\nFormation and reinstatement of areas following excavation or other works;\r\nPreparation of sub-base and base layers where required;\r\nTemporary surfacing and emergency repairs; and\r\nAny other ancillary works reasonably associated with the delivery of surfacing and resurfacing activities.\r\n\r\nWorks may vary in value, size, complexity and location, ranging from minor reactive repairs through to larger planned resurfacing projects.\r\n\r\nSuppliers appointed to the Dynamic Market will be expected to demonstrate appropriate technical capability, experience, resources, health and safety arrangements, insurances, accreditations and competence relevant to the works being undertaken.\r\n\r\nSpecific requirements, specifications, quantities, programme, site conditions and award criteria will be detailed within individual call-off or competitive exercises undertaken through the Dynamic Market.\r\n\r\nAdmission to the Dynamic Market does not guarantee any minimum level or value of work, and LEL reserves the right to procure individual requirements in accordance with the procedures established for the Dynamic Market and applicable procurement legislation. - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA359924.
