The following tasks are included:\r\n-\tSuspended ceiling to be replaced.\r\n-\tReplacement and reposition of movable and immovable furniture as well as addition of new ones (tills, etc.)\r\n-\tRe-cladding of existing station and drinks area. Existing clad to be removed.\r\n-\tPreparation and repainting of external and internal walls and ceiling surfaces as shown on the plans.\r\n-\tLocal repair of cracks and damaged plaster, including cleaning, filling, and reinstatement. \r\n-\tMinor internal modifications including construction or removal of non-load-bearing parti-tions and repair of skirting boards, door frames and finishes.\r\nWorks also include roof works and refurbishment as explained below:\r\nBuilding & Civil Works (B&CE) \r\n-\tRemoval & replacement of existing bituminous waterproofing membrane. \r\n-\tRemoval of asbestos flaking paint from affected surfaces & redecoration. \r\n-\tCarry out repairs to existing surfaces at walls and slabs affected. \r\n-\tSupply and installation of new edge protection railings at roof, complete with concrete upstands and waterproofing. \r\nElectromechanical Works (M&E) \r\n-\tRemoval of existing kitchen extractions fans, hoods/vent ducts, currently located at the roof & reinstatement at completion of works. \r\n-\tReplacement of existing hot and cold services located on the roof. \r\n-\tIsolation and removal of heating pipework currently located the roof & installation of new, with direct feed from the plantroom area. \r\n\r\nAsbestos-containing materials is present within the existing structure.
