        "description": "The National Trust is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to deliver woodland creation, hedgerow planting, fencing, and associated landscape improvement works at Skernaghan Point, Islandmagee, County Antrim.\r\n \r\nThis project forms part of the National Trust's wider habitat restoration and nature recovery programme, aimed at enhancing biodiversity, improving habitat connectivity, and increasing climate resilience within this important coastal landscape.\r\nThe successful contractor will be responsible for the provision of all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, and management required to complete the works. Key elements of the contract include:\r\n \r\n•\tNative woodland creation within designated planting areas.\r\n•\tEstablishment of native mixed-species hedgerows.\r\n•\tSupply and installation of stock-proof fencing.\r\n•\tInstallation of gates, access infrastructure, and drinking troughs where specified.\r\n•\tGround preparation, vegetation management, and ancillary establishment works.\r\n•\tSupply and installation of six timber dams (approximately 3m wide using larch rounds), with locations to be confirmed during the site visit.\r\n\r\nAll works must be completed in accordance with National Trust requirements, project specifications, and industry best practice.
