But will have a contractual responsibility to ensure (Third Party) is informed of any issue weekly. \r\n\r\nRefuse Collection\r\nAlongside a general litter collection, the contractor agrees to empty the twelve waste bins located at The Playing Fields and Kerswell Downs on a twice weekly basis, which will include:\r\nThe emptying of the 7 general waste bins, including the replacement of a new black refuse sack\r\nThe emptying of the 5 dog waste bins, including the replacement of a new black refuse sack.\r\nThe full black sacks will then be taken to the three Pavilion wheelie bins (Recycling, General Waste and Dog Waste) and placed in the appropriate container.
