                "description": "The panel would like to commission a quantitative research programme, consisting of an Adults and Teens survey.  \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe adults' tracker covers several different key topic areas. The main objectives are:   \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nConcerns about content  \r\n\r\nTo uncover any concerns audiences have about potentially offensive, harmful or damaging content on TV.  \r\n\r\nTo uncover any concerns audiences have about potentially offensive content on the radio.  \r\n\r\nTo uncover any concerns audiences have about content on broadcast video on demand (BVoDs) and subscription video on demand (SVoDs).   \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRegulation  \r\n\r\nTo understand awareness and perceptions of regulation across TV, radio, BVoD and SVoD services.   \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQuality of content  \r\n\r\nTo understand perceptions of the quality of TV programmes and the reasons why audiences believe this may have changed.   \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAdvertising and commercial references  \r\n\r\nTo explore awareness of advertising and commercial references on TV.  \r\n\r\nTo explore whether audiences have any concerns about advertising on TV.  \r\n\r\n  \r\n\r\nThe main objectives of the teens tracker are:  \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTo uncover any concerns teens have about potentially harmful or inappropriate content on TV and on-demand services.   \r\n\r\nTo understand awareness of regulation TV and on-demand and whether teens feel the current levels of regulation are appropriate.   \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIn 2026 we anticipate keeping core areas of the questionnaires largely the same but revisiting certain areas with the implementation of the Media Act.",
