                "description": "The existing surface of the Quarry Moor car park has significantly deteriorated, requiring urgent resurfacing to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with relevant standards. \r\nKey issues include: \r\n•\tA deep depression at the car park entrance;\r\n•\tA low point at the entrance;\r\n•\tPotholes exceeding 40mm in depth.\r\n\r\nThe appointed contractor will be required to: \r\n•\tExcavate and remove existing deteriorated surfaced materials;\r\n•\tReconstruct the subbase where necessary to ensure long-term stability;\r\n•\tInstall appropriate drainage solutions to prevent water accumulation; \r\n•\tApply a new tarmac surface that meets all required standards for durability and water management. \r\n•\tEnsure that resurfacing work does not result in water runoff that negatively impacts surrounding infrastructure. \r\n\r\nWe welcome tender responses from all qualified companies. We would like the process to be as easy as possible and as such, we are not using an application form.
