Renew any cracked glazing panes and all cracked/aged glazing putty.\\r\r\nWork includes\\r\r\n•\tRoof repairs to ridges, replacement of loose, broken slates to the main roof.\\r\r\n•\tReplacement of spalling and decaying face brickwork.\\r\r\n•\tRepointing of areas to face brickwork.\\r\r\n•\tRepointing of coping stones to dormer roofs.\\r\r\n•\tOverhauling of metal crittal windows.\\r\r\n•\tExternal decorations of windows, doors, and rainwater goods.\\r\r\n",
