This Masterplan includes modernising and optimising the Departures Lounge ('DL') to meet current and future passenger needs in line with our strategic business plans. To support the DL redevelopment, a concept design has been developed for the ground floor of the terminal building. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nPorts of Jersey programme wide objectives are: \\r\r\n•\tDevelop areas of the ground floor of the DL, unit size approximately 2000sqm \\r\r\n•\tEnsure capacity to accommodate passenger growth  \\r\r\n•\tModernise and replace ageing infrastructure  \\r\r\n•\tEmbed sustainability into every aspect of the airport \\r\r\n•\tCreate a coherent sense of place for Jersey Airport. \\r\r\n•\tAccessibility and inclusivity for passengers with disabilities \\r\r\n\\r\r\nPorts of Jersey wish to appoint a principal contractor to undertake all works associated with Phase 1 of the Jersey airport departures lounge redevelopment. The works during Phase 1 will entail enabling works to facilitate the temporary routing of passengers whilst the work for Phases 2 and 3 are undertaken.\\r\r\n",
