An outline structure for this already exists, so the primary focus of this commission is developing a strong campaign concept and reaching new audiences, rather than building a complex website.\r\n\r\nThe campaign must remain unbranded and represent the land-based sector collectively.\r\n\r\nEvaluation will be undertaken on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). Shortlisted bidders will be invited to present as part of the final evaluation stage.\r\nContract Value\r\n\r\nMaximum contract value: £40,000 inclusive of all costs and any applicable VAT.\r\n\r\nContract Duration\r\nContract commencement date: 8 June 2026. The contract will continue until completion of agreed deliverables and final reporting.
