                "description": "The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services for Home to School or College transport for residents based in Rutland on a number of routes as defined in the Schedules.  \r\nLot Requirements:\r\n\r\nLOT 1- All Primary, Secondary and Post-16 Education Buses.\r\nBids on individual routes within Lot 1 will not be accepted. Bidders can submit a bid under Lot 1 for Contract 1 or Contract 2 or Both. \r\n\r\nLOT 2- Specialist Transport services (Minibus & Taxi)\r\nA bidder may submit as many bids for routes within Lot 2, as they wish.  There are no restrictions.  \r\nPlease specify the price per day for operation. \r\n\r\nLOT 3 - Pence per mile Taxis\r\nBids for this Lot will be used to establish a Framework for identifying potential suppliers of:\r\n•\tshort notice requirements\r\n•\tshort term route requirements\r\n•\temergency transport services\r\nThe Council will offer these requirements to suppliers in turn according to their pence per mile rate on a ranked basis. \r\n\r\nTo apply for this oppprtunity, bidders must log on to the ProContract e-procurement portal (https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) and search for opportunity DN725541. \r\nThe deadline is 24th June 2024 at 12 noon.",
