                "description": "St Ives Town Council wishes to award a contract for cleaning of buildings and public toilets in the town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire.\r\n\r\nThe cleaning service will cover:\r\n\r\na)  Cleaning buildings including St Ives Town Hall, Burleigh Hill Community Centre and the Norris Museum\r\n\r\nb)  Cleaning public toilets: the Globe car park and Cattle Market car park\r\n\r\nThere is the possibility that during the contract period individual sites may be added or removed from the contract.  This will be done with the agreement of the contractor.\r\n\r\nThe contract will run between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2028.  The Town Council will have the option to extend the contract for a further two years.
