                "description": "It is the intention that there will be several lift replacements completed over the next 3 years. First phase will be completed in summer 2025 and this will include the Education building passenger & evacuation lift replacement, James Parsons passenger lift (Boat lift), James Parsons entrance lifts (x2) and John Foster passenger lift (Coffin Lift). The Education building lifts will include structural works. LJMU will provide a full specification and requirements within the final ITT documents. Contractors will be expected to provide in the tender the following: (but not limited to) \r\n \r\n•\tManufacture and assembly of lifts \r\n•\tDelivery to site of all lift components, offloading and moving into position \r\n•\tSupply and installation of primary and secondary steelworks \r\n•\tErection of the lifts \r\n•\tThe installation shall include all equipment required to produce a working installation complying with all relevant standards and as described in the employers' requirements document for new lift installations \r\n•\tGrouting bolts, fixing brackets, other fixings and inserts shall be provided \r\n•\tElectrical installations shall also be provided \r\n•\tPermanent ladders shall be provided to lift pit. \r\n•\tLift landing entrance and sill supporting steelwork \r\n•\tThe Lift Contractor shall provide structural details, accurate setting out and safe working load information, including that for any lift beams or lifting equipment within the lift well as required for the lift installation and maintenance \r\n•\tAssociated Builders & Electrical Works \r\n•\tManagement of building works\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Please register on In-tend to access the documents and raise any queries.\r\nPlease do not make direct access with the Buyer - we will only respond via email.",
