Access routes to third party land will be through the system of existing Field \r\nGates, and where necessary, advanced works will be arranged by Kirklees Council to provide \r\ntemporary access to manage level differences and create openings where none currently exist \r\nto specific areas.\r\nThe proposals include access to and works within sensitive areas. These include trees Protected \r\nby Tree Preservation Orders, Arboricultural Limitations, Environment Limitations and in part, the\r\nworks immediately adjacent to an Active Watercourse.\r\nThe Scheme spans two Highway Authority Boundaries. Kirklees Council and Calderdale Council. \r\nAll correspondence regarding the Ground Investigation delivery will be via Kirklees Council. Any \r\npermits or approvals necessary to undertake the works will be managed through Kirklees \r\nCouncil. A plan showing the Highway Boundary Is included within the supporting information",
