There is a clear separation between the Housing Provider (Landlord) and the Support Provider. Assured Shorthold Tenancies are generally in place, enabling individuals to benefit from a permanent rather than short-term or time limited living arrangement. Supported living services generally require registration with CQC to provide the regulated activity of personal care.\r\n\r\nWe are looking to recommission services currently provided through the jointly commissioned Frameworks; Adults with a Learning Disability (Commissioning Framework for People with a Learning Disability) and the Any Qualified Provider (AQP).\r\n\r\nThese services will be delivered using a strength based and outcomes focused model demonstrating innovation and quality of services.
