Leadership training delivery and module development\r\n\r\nDeliver existing Ingeus/APM leadership training where required and develop additional modules that:\r\n•\tbuild on existing APM leadership playbooks and programmes\r\n•\tstrengthen decision making and judgement, particularly \"in the grey\"\r\n•\tembed continuous improvement culture and behaviour change\r\n•\tsupport leaders to develop capability within their teams\r\n•\tIndicative timing: start July/Aug 2026; deliver existing training initially and schedule new modules from Sept 2026 over 12 months\r\n\r\nProvide costs per session where relevant (volumes to be confirmed).\r\n\r\n4.
