Support will focus on stabilisation to enable transition to a longer-term placement.\r\n\r\nThe procurement process adopted by the Council for this opportunity is based on the 'Open' tendering procedure as detailed in the Procurement Act 2023 (the \"Act\") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the \"Regulations\") but with the additional flexibility of the Light Touch Regime (Section 9 and Schedule 1 of the Procurement Regulations 2024) and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof. \r\n\r\nPlease note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 11.30pm on 08/02/2026.
