Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR)\r\n Inspection and testing of domestic, communal, and commercial electrical installations in accordance with the latest edition of BS 7671 and Guidance Note 3.\r\n \tCompletion of full EICRs and electronic submission of reports within 5 working days of testing.\r\n \tTesting to include all necessary checks (e.g. polarity, insulation resistance, earth fault loop impedance, continuity, etc.) and a visual photographic record of the consumer unit.\r\n \tTesting of smoke/CO alarms, extractor fans, and mechanical extraction systems.\r\n \tCompletion of all C1 and C2 remedial works at the point of inspection, resulting in a 'SATISFACTORY' outcome.\r\n \tServicing of various property types, including:\r\n \tDomestic (occupied and void)\r\n \tCommunal areas (low and high-rise)\r\n \tSheltered schemes\r\n \tCommercial/office spaces\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n 2. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)\r\n PAT testing of all relevant portable electrical appliances, conducted in line with:\r\n \r\n \tThe Electricity at Work Regulations 1989\r\n \tThe IEE Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing\r\n \tTesting of all applicable equipment including white goods, IT devices, portable/fixed plug-top appliances.\r\n \tDigital record of each tested appliance to include: asset ID, date, tester's signature, pass/fail status, and next test due date.\r\n \tClear labelling of all items tested, with failed appliances to be removed or repaired and retested.\r\n \r\n Access and Engagement\r\n North Star will provide access contact information and support for scheduling.
