                "description": "The Jobs Guarantee will provide a fully funded six-month paid job to eligible 18-24-year-olds who have been on Universal Credit and looking for work for 18 months. The scheme is intended to provide long term unemployed young people with meaningful work and support to gain skills and experience through work, to improve their chances of moving into sustained employment after the scheme. The Jobs Guarantee will be delivered through Delivery Partners who will source and match young people to jobs and provide wraparound support and training. Employers may self-fund additional hours or higher wages. \r\nWraparound support and training to help them succeed on the Scheme and transition into sustained employment. \r\n\r\nDelivery Partners will be responsible for:\r\nAdministering the scheme.\r\nWorking with employers to source suitable jobs.  \r\nMatching young people to suitable jobs which meet the requirements of the scheme.\r\nProviding wraparound support and training to the young person. throughout their time on the scheme to help them to succeed.\r\nEnd of placement support.  \r\nMonitoring and reporting.",
