This KPI is a key performance\r\nmeasure reported to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), Board,\r\nand the Senior Management Team (SMT).\r\nSecondly, aligned with the People & Culture Strategy 2025-2030, which sets out a\r\nnumber of success measures, this research will provide the data to assess progress\r\nand demonstrate performance against agreed targets. These measures include\r\nindicators such as 'change is managed well and in an open and sensitive way,' 'I\r\nunderstand how changes are connected to our strategy,' and 'leadership\r\nencourages a culture of inclusion.'\r\n\r\nIn addition, the insights gained will enable the People & Culture Directorate to\r\ndesign and implement targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall\r\nemployee experience.",
