Description

Belper Hotel Feasibility Study

Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to undertake a hotel feasibility study for the establishment of a new hotel in Belper.

The successful consultancy will be required to identify the overall feasibility of establishing a hotel via a market demand study. It will also be required to assess an existing potential hotel development site owned by the Borough Council, as well as other potential locations within the town and rank these for operational and investment potential.

If viability is proven , then the successful consultancy will be required to produce high quality marketing materials and to pitch the development site to potential hotel operators.
