Description
Harrow Council seeks to appoint an Architecture Practice to form a multi-disciplinary design team and produce design drawings from RIBA Stages 2-4 inclusive for a New Build unit that will be installed on the Harrow Arts Centre (HAC) site. In addition, public realm drawings RIBA Stages 2-4 for the site to compliment the new build unit are also required from the design team.
