The overall objective of Phase 2 is to improve the usability of existing data sources, use the intelligence and recommendations from Phase 1 work conducted and to develop a framework/system of data collection, formatting and storage to allow transition into an Artificial Intelligence (AI) (or similar) solution in Phase 3 of the project.
