Description

The College of Policing (CoP) intends to undertake a procurement process to appoint a suitably experienced professional body to manage, operate and administer the newly formed Institute of Cyber Digital Investigation Professionals (ICDIP) and quality assure its professional status. The provider will be responsible for accrediting the assessment of candidates engaged in cyber digital investigation and certifying their competency for membership of the ICDIP. The provider will be expected to mobilise their services and administer an existing accreditation process for law enforcement professionals engaged in this area. In addition, the provider will be expected to manage and oversee the ICDIP, its membership and utilise the providers own experience and status to quality assure and confirm the professional standing of ICDIP and its membership. The CoP will be the contracting authority with a proposed start date of no later than 1st April 2021.
A market engagement event which will be held on: Thursday 5th March 2020 10.30-17.00 at the Crowne Plaza, London Gatwick Airport, Langley Drive, Crawley, Sussex, RH117SX.

Face-to-face individual sessions will also be available on the afternoon of Thursday 5th March. Please indicate whether you would like to reserve a meeting with the project team.
