Description
Marlborough Town Hall is a grade 2 listed building situated at the east end of Marlborough High Street. The client and owner of the Town Hall is Marlborough Town Council.
The works comprise external repairs and redecoration to windows, rendered walls, gutters and downpipes, tiled roofing and lead roofs together with and associated minor works.
The specification and tender invitation can be obtained from the architect appointed to manage the project Andrew Bumphrey.
The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
