To appoint a Main Contractor to carry out all construction of approximately 390 meters of adoptable standard link road , , implementation of a new 40m dia roundabout , and installation of foul and surface water drainage at Plaxton Park Scarborough.
The works include:- carriageway works , footway works , culverting works , foul and surface water drainage, formation of new balancing pond and installation of 2no new pumping stations , landscaping , lighting and signage, earthworks , utilities works , and site clearance works.
