Description

Suitably qualified & experienced professional services required for the development of a comprehensive public realm delivery plan, with associated concept and developed designs (to RIBA Stage 2 & 3), which should be co-produced with local communities, their representatives and key stakeholders using co-design principles.This commission will establish a design framework for the study area, which relates to and builds on existing policy and strategy documents, identify a range of design projects that could be brought forward (at a variety of scales and levels of intervention), and develop concept and developed designs for selected projects (to RIBA Stage 2 & 3). These outputs should be brought together into a ten year Public Realm Delivery Plan document as the final commission output.
The Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary practice or consortium who must provide evidence of having delivered similar services successfully. Please be advised that contract award is subject to obtaining satisfactory references that evidence experience of delivering similar services successfully.
This procurement is a Sub OJEU Open Procedure and therefore tenderers must submit a total tender price below OJEU threshold for services.
