Description

** Multi Lot to replacement ITT_5923 **

The Authority (Environment Agency - EA) is looking for supplier(s) to cover a programme of refurbishment works (external redecoration, installation of replacement doors and windows) at EA's Lock Houses. EA have legal obligations as the landlord to maintain the properties in a good repair. Previously ITT_5901 was published covering only 3 lots and it has now been decided to further split the lots into Western and Eastern stretches of the Thames River.

Lot1 Full Programme of Refurbishment Works at Lock Houses (Lots 2-5)
Lot2 Discreet Work Package for Replacement Windows and Doors - x6 properties
Lot3 Discreet Work Package for Replacement Windows and Doors - x5 properties
Lot4 Discreet Work Package for External Decoration - x6 properties
Lot5 Discreet Work Package for External Decoration - x7 properties

Works to commence: September 2019 and complete by Oct/Nov 2019. EA understand that there will be a lead in time for ordering windows so will be flexible. All approximate measurements for tender submissions will take place externally unless EA state otherwise as EA have provided a list.
