Description
The University of Bristol intends to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to a Building Surveying Framework to support the University in its delivery of high quality estate development, maintenance and management services, for projects with construction values up to £2.5 million.
It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will be concluded in June/July 2020.
The procurement will follow the Restricted procedure, whereby:
1) Any economic operator may submit a request to participate in this procurement by responding to the qualitative selection criteria. These criteria are based on the CCS SSQ, plus additional University of Bristol supplementary questions requiring suppliers to demonstrate previous experience of delivering similar projects;
2) Following its assessment of the information provided (in line with the criteria set out in the documents), the University will issue an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to the highest scoring suppliers;
3) Responses to the ITT will be evaluated to determine the most economically advantageous tender, based on the award criteria set out in the ITT.
The duration of this framework is 2 years, plus extensions to 3 or 4 years at the discretion of the University.
