Description

Derbyshire County Council and North Wingfield Working Men's Club & Institute invite offers by informal tender for the site, which comprises the former infant and junior school, which is in the ownership of Derbyshire County Council (2.39ac/0.97ha) and the North Wingfield Working Men's Club and Institute (0.64ac/0.26ha), which is in the separate ownership of the WMC. A Planning Statement from North Derbyshire District Council is provided within the sales particulars to provide informal advice and guidance to prospective purchasers. As a condition of sale the WMC requires a smaller replacement clubhouse and steward accommodation to be built as part of any proposed development.
