Description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of a detached 3-bedroom property set deep within Gisburn forest.
The work has been divided into two lots:
• Lot 1 includes the decommissioning of current open fire back boiler, supply and installation of oil fired central heating system and 1 multi fuel stove.
• Lot 2 includes all other work including:
• supply and installation of a new kitchen and bathroom suite
• supply and installation of flooring throughout
• general building and joinery work
• decorating throughout
• electrical installation
• clearing and cleaning
