Description

Pest Control and Dog Warden and Kennelling of Stray Dogs from the Central Bedfordshire District - Undertake patrols to enforce dog fouling legislation and to act as first responder to dog barking complaints. Manage a pest control service.

The Tender is split into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Dog Warden and Kennelling Service;
The successful bidder is expected to provide services including a safe and secure environment for stray dogs removed from Central Bedfordshire Districts, Streets and Open Spaces, the undertaking of mobile and foot patrols to enforce dog fouling legislation and to act as first responder to dog barking complaints.

Lot 2 - Pest Control Service;
The successful bidder is expected to provide and manage a pest control service that cover all of Central Bedfordshire. It is expected that treatments will be provided for wasps, rats, mice, ants, bed bugs, fleas and cockroaches in-line with current health and safety and legislation.

Bids can be submitted for one or both Lots - Separate Tender documents are to be completed for each lot.

Return of Tender - Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 18/02/2021. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.

Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers via the 'Clarification' section to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
