Description

Aim;
We are looking for a company to manage our paid-for advertising for the remainder of the year, being responsible for developing, procuring and overseeing the delivery of a series of paid for road safety advertising campaigns for the SRP. These advertising campaigns will align with and support our wider campaigns programme, which aims to engage with the public across South Yorkshire to influence attitudes and change behaviours to promote safer roads use.
Objectives;
To promote additional training to young riders aged 17-24 years as part of freshers week.
To encourage pedestrians and cyclists to wear bright and reflective clothing during the darker winter months and for drivers to look out for vulnerable road users.
To promote the 'Don't Drink and Drive' message to motorists during December.
To discourage drivers from using their mobile phones whilst driving during National Police Chiefs' Council campaign in February 2021.

Timescales
The campaigns are to be delivered in line with the SRP annual campaigns calendar, which aligns with the activity being delivered by partners and undertaken in support of other national campaigns.
Powered two wheeler campaign for young riders - September 2020 to coincide with college term time commencing.
Be Bright Be Seen - launch in time for British Summer Time ending on 25 October and run throughout November 2020.
Don't Drink and Drive - throughout December 2020.
Mobile Phone - 1-21st February 2021.
Channels - to be chosen to maximise reach to the relevant priority audience for each campaign:
• Social media advertising - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, What's App

• Out of Home advertising - roadside, leisure centres, shopping centres, etc
• Radio/DAX advertising
