Description
North London Waste Authority is inviting tenders to provide Waste Composition Analysis. The project is required to be undertaken over two periods, one to commence in the late summer of 2022 (Phase 1) and another early 2023 (Phase 2). The value of the services is anticipated to be £190,000.00 exclusive of VAT.
The Consultant will provide a detailed methodology on how it will determine which properties to collect waste from to the achieve representative results from each of the main socio-demographic groups in each Constituent Borough. The delivery of new waste composition analysis must consider the following key points:
Part A - A full breakdown of waste arising by commodity, type and content collected at the kerbside and street cleaning teams across its seven Constituent Boroughs
Part B - Analysis of residual waste deposited at NLWA's RRCs
Part C - Analysis of waste generated by specific housing stock across its seven Constituent Boroughs
Part D - Generation of robust management reports and stakeholder engagement days to present the findings of the project.
