Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS Greater Nottingham Clinical Commissioning Partnership (referred to as the Commissioner(s) from this point onwards) acting under co-commissioning delegated authority from NHS England (North Midlands), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the primary medical services (referred to as the Service(s) from here onwards) in caretaking capacity at the following Medical Practice on urgent basis under a short-term APMS contract.

Whyburn Medical Practice - Hucknall Health Centre, Curtis St, Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 7JE

The practice area incorporates the town of Hucknall and the village of Linby in Nottinghamshire. Furthermore, the practice boundary covers the areas around the M1 to the West of Hucknall.

Contract Duration and Service Commencement:
As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 12 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to further 12 months subject to satisfactory review.
The successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 01 June 2019.

The service to be provided will be in line with the NHS England Alternative Personal Medical Services Agreement for year 2017/18 and subsequent variation notices applicable to that agreement.
