Description

The Home Office is seeking a contractor to undertake a project exploring how best to measure the costs and impacts of reputational damage to businesses as a result of cyber crime. The work will comprise a brief evidence review, a series of interviews and focus groups with relevant business and public sector representatives, and case study analysis. This will help to better understand the impacts of reputational damage as a result of cyber crime and how these can be consistently and clearly measured. The output from this work will consist of a final report detailing findings from the research, including a set of recommended quantitative measures, which can be used on a larger scale to measure the costs and impacts from reputational damage in future.
