Description
Wirral Health & Care Commissioning (WHCC) is co-ordinating the procurement of a Community Midwifery Service on behalf of eight Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in the region. The service provider(s) will be required to work in an integrated framework with the primary and secondary healthcare providers and wider partners including third sector organisations.

This notice is to alert the market for engagement purposes in advance of the publication of the ITT. The engagement event will be held at the Lauries Centre, 142 Claughton Road Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 6EY on Friday 28th June 2019 between 10am and 1pm. Commissioners invite Lead Community Midwifery providers to complete and return the MOI (Memorandum of Information) to secure a slot for this event. The event is supported by the respective CCGs and Cheshire & Merseyside Local Maternity System. Please note, due to space limitations we are only able to accommodate two delegates per organisation. If you are interested in attending please email sijugeorge@nhs.net and ensure you include a completed copy of the Expression of Interest by 12 noon on Friday 21st June 2019. Slots will be allocated following this deadline. Organisations will be responsible for their own costs in relation to attending this event.
